Our UN-approved pallet boxes can be divided into the categories below. Each category is approved for a specific application or hazard class.

• UN 2794, class 8
  This class refers to wet lead-acid batteries filled with acid. Due to the corrosive sulphuric acid contained in these batteries, the transport of these goods requires special packaging, markings and documentation in accordance with ADR 4.1.4.1 P801 and P801a. For this purpose, we supply the following plastic pallet boxes with matching stickers:
  • Battery box / BIG BOX 1200×800 mm
  • Battery box / BIG BOX 1200×1000 mm

• UN 3480 and 3481
  This class refers to the transport of lithium-ion batteries; packed separately (UN3480) or packed with equipment (UN3481). These are classified as hazardous substances (Class 9).
  Their packaging must comply with specific packaging instructions.
  For this purpose, we supply various plastic pallet boxes with lid; suitable for packaging groups I, II and III:
  • CB1 plastic pallet box 1200x800xH740 mm – UN 11H2 (X) approval
  • CB3 plastic pallet box 1200x1000xH740 mm – UN 11H2 (X) approval
  • CB3 High plastic pallet box 1200x1000xH1140 mm – UN 11H2 (X) approval
  • SB3 plastic pallet box 1200x1000xH790 mm – UN 11H2 (X) approval
  • CB1 plastic pallet box 1200x800xH740 mm – UN 50H (X) approval
  • CB3 plastic pallet box 1200x1000xH740 mm – UN 50H (X) approval
  • CB3 High plastic pallet box 1200x1000xH1140 mm – UN 50H (X) approval
  • SB3 plastic pallet box 1200x1000xH790 mm – UN 50H (X) approval

• Various UN hazard classes; referring to various types of hazardous substances with a medium risk. For this application, we supply plastic pallet boxes with lid; suitable for packaging groups II and III:
  • CB1 1200x800xH740 mm – UN 4H2 (Y) approval
  • CB3 1200x1000xH740 mm – UN 4H2 (Y) approval
  • SB3-DUO 1600x1200xH740 mm – UN 4H2 (Y) approval
