Insulated boxes

Insulated boxes made of expanded polypropylene (EPP) or Piocelan EPS. These insulated boxes allow you to safely transport food while maintaining the temperature. The EPP boxes have a temperature resistance of -40°C to +110°C, while Piocelan EPS boxes can withstand temperatures from -60°C to +85°C.

Buy insulated boxes

Insulated boxes can keep food both warm and cold. Our insulated boxes are taste- and odor-neutral and meet current hygiene standards. They combine the lightweight properties of Styrofoam with extreme break and impact resistance, ensuring a long lifespan. Additionally, they can be stacked with or without a lid, making them an ideal companion for events and in the hospitality industry. The insulated boxes in our webshop are available for immediate order and can be delivered quickly.

Insulated boxes in various sizes

We offer insulated boxes in various sizes, such as 600 x 400 mm in different heights. Thanks to their Gastro Norm interior dimensions, these boxes are perfect for holding GN trays. We also offer hot-holding boxes in the format 685 x 485 mm in two different heights, which can easily accommodate a Euro box in the dimensions 600 x 400 mm. Smaller boxes in the 400 x 300 mm format are also available, which are ideal for keeping drinks and snacks cool during a day trip.

Styrofoam Piocelan and EPP boxes

Our range includes insulated boxes made of two different materials: expanded polypropylene (EPP) and Piocelan EPS. Piocelan is a hybrid plastic that consists of EPS (Styrofoam) with additives, making the Styrofoam boxes less brittle and fragile compared to pure EPS boxes. Both EPP and Piocelan EPS boxes are food-safe. The insulated boxes have a smooth interior surface, making them easy to clean. The EPP material has a temperature resistance of -40°C to +110°C, while Piocelan EPS can withstand temperatures from -60°C to +85°C. Due to this high temperature resistance, insulated boxes can easily hold hot dishes and be cleaned in a dishwasher.

Applications of insulated boxes

Insulated boxes are mainly used in the event and hospitality industries. They are ideal for delivering food that needs to maintain its temperature. Insulated boxes are also frequently used by delivery services, such as for delivering pizzas.
