How does a foldable pallet box work?

Practical example: 72% less transport volume for return shipments

A fruit and vegetable wholesaler works daily with hundreds of pallet boxes for the delivery of fresh products to shops and catering establishments. Previously, the company used standard plastic pallet boxes with rigid walls for both deliveries and return logistics.

When returning empty packaging to the distribution centre, the boxes turned out to be largely filled with… air. As a result, extra trips had to be scheduled and a lot of unnecessary storage space was required in the central warehouse.
