The pallet boxes in the CB series are manufactured in a single mold, with skids or feet molded directly onto the box rather than added afterward, as with many other pallet boxes. This production method makes CB pallet boxes highly robust and ensures a long service life. The lower exterior walls are reinforced with additional ribs, serving as protection against forklift tines and minimizing the risk of collision damage, which is a common issue with forklifts.
Lightweight yet Sturdy CB Pallet Boxes
The foamed HDPE material of CB pallet boxes provides an optimal strength-to-weight ratio. A CB pallet box with skids in the 1200 x 1000 mm format weighs only 36.1 kg, making it lighter than comparable boxes of this size. The 1200 x 800 mm boxes are also lightweight at 34.5 kg. This reduced weight offers numerous advantages, including lower overall vehicle load weight during transport, which helps save fuel. Despite their lightness, CB pallet boxes are highly stable and impact-resistant.
CB3 Pallet Boxes in Various Colours, Sizes, and Designs
CB3 pallet boxes are available in red, yellow, green, blue, white, and grey. Made from food-grade plastic, they are suitable for direct contact with unpackaged food. CB pallet boxes can be supplied with skids, feet, or wheels. Special UN-certified models are also available for the transport and storage of hazardous solids in packaging groups II and III. The boxes are available in 1200 x 1000 mm and 1200 x 800 mm formats. In the 1200 x 1000 mm size, we offer extra-tall CB3 High pallet boxes.
