Hygiene Pallet Box HB3

The HB3 hygiene box has the standard pallet size of 1200 x 1000 mm and is designed for intensive use in warehouses, on production lines and in automated distribution centres. The box consists of an injection-moulded upper section and base that are seamlessly welded together. This results in an extremely strong, closed construction that can withstand heavy loads and enables efficient cleaning and drying.
Thanks to the flat, smooth internal walls and closed pallet runners without deep ribs, hardly any dirt remains behind. This is particularly important when stacking the boxes, where the runners hang above the underlying box and its contents. The double-walled construction above the entry openings acts as a shock buffer against collisions with internal transport equipment. This significantly extends the service life of the pallet box.

Hygiene and logistics

Due to the near absence of external reinforcing ribs and the smooth interior, no dirt or moisture is retained. This makes the HB3 particularly suitable for applications where food safety, hygiene and ease of cleaning are key. The pallet box operates seamlessly with forklifts, pallet trucks, roller conveyors, conveyors and automated warehouse systems. As a result, the HB3 can be used in virtually any logistics environment.
