Shipping and Payment

Shipping within the Netherlands:

Products in stock will be delivered within 2-3 business days, Monday to Friday. Orders are dispatched only when all products are available, and partial deliveries are not possible. Some products may have a specified delivery time, indicated in orange on the product page. This applies to products that are custom-made or temporarily out of stock. The current delivery time is displayed on the product page and in the shopping cart.

We charge a small order fee of €12.50 excl. VAT for orders under €50.00 excl. VAT to cover the processing, packaging, and shipping costs of smaller orders. These costs are relatively high in proportion to the order value. This surcharge allows us to maintain efficient service and logistics processes and to ensure the level of quality our customers are used to.

Free Shipping:

Orders with a total value of €181.50 (including VAT, €150 excluding VAT) or more qualify for free shipping.

Shipping Costs:

For orders with a total amount less than €181.50 (including VAT, €150 excluding VAT), shipping costs will be calculated based on the product size. Rates for different shipping methods are detailed below and also visible in the shopping cart.

– In a cardboard box: €8.41 incl. VAT / €6.95 excl. VAT (for products with a maximum size of 800x600xH415mm)
– On a mini-pallet: €51.42 incl. VAT / €42.50 excl. VAT (for waste containers, half Euro-pallets)
– On a pallet: €72.60 incl. VAT / €60.00 excl. VAT (for plastic pallets 1200x800mm and 1200x1000mm)

Self-Pickup (Free):

During the ordering process, you can choose to pick up your order at our warehouse in ‘s-Heerenberg. Pickup is free, and you’ll receive an email notification when your order is ready. Pickup hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 – 12:00 and 13:00 – 17:00 at Ulenpasweg 2, 7041 GB ‘s-Heerenberg.

Shipping to Belgium:

For deliveries to Belgium, the delivery time is two to three business days for in-stock products ordered before 12:00. Products with a custom delivery time have a longer delivery period, as indicated on the product page and in the shopping cart.

Free Shipping:

Orders with a total value of €423.50 (including VAT, €350 excluding VAT) or more qualify for free shipping.

Shipping Costs:

For orders less than €423.50 (including VAT, €350 excluding VAT), shipping costs are calculated based on product size and shipping method.

– In a cardboard box: €12.04 incl. VAT / €9.95 excl. VAT (for products with a maximum size of 800x600x415mm)
– On a mini-pallet: €72.60 incl. VAT / €60.00 excl. VAT (for waste containers, half Euro-pallets)
– On a pallet: €108.90 incl. VAT / €90.00 excl. VAT (for plastic pallets 1200x800mm and 1200x1000mm)

Delivery Information:

For products shipped in a box, you will receive email and SMS notifications about the delivery, including the expected time frame. For deliveries on mini-pallets and pallets, automatic notifications are not possible, but you can contact us for information at +31 (0)314 66 44 00.
