Advantages of our custom plastic pallet box

Our custom plastic pallet boxes provide the ideal solution for specific storage and transport requirements. Thanks to the ability to adjust dimensions and specifications, these pallet boxes are suitable for a wide range of industries, from food to heavy industry.

In our Transoplast webshop, 3 custom pallet boxes are available. These pallet boxes are all equipped with a hopper bottom. The plastic pallet boxes with hopper are available in 3 heights in the webshop. If you are looking for a different size, that is no problem. We can also equip pallet boxes in Euro size or smaller formats with a hopper.

In addition to our plastic pallet boxes with hopper and outlet, our in-house workshop also allows us to make pallet boxes higher, longer or wider. For long materials or bulk products where a larger volume is required, XL pallet boxes are highly suitable. We produce DUO pallet boxes and TRIO pallet boxes daily. This allows us to guarantee that even a customer-specific large pallet box remains robust and strong. Large pallet boxes are used as metal boxes, fruit collection boxes or recycling pallet boxes.

Examples of custom solutions not available in our webshop

1. CB3 High pallet box with hopper bottom: Ideal for heavy loads, available with hopper bottom and slide valve.
2. XL plastic pallet box: Available in variable lengths, heights or widths. Highly suitable for long materials or when a larger volume is required.
3. Pallet box with compartments or dividers: When multiple products are stored or transported in one pallet box, a compartment system offers an effective solution.
4. Pallet box with removable wall panels: For storing larger products, it is possible to (temporarily) remove a wall so the pallet box can be easily loaded or emptied with heavy or large goods.

For specific applications, we offer the option to produce custom pallet boxes. Thanks to our in-house workshop, we can realise these modifications quickly and efficiently. This ensures short communication lines between customer and production, and a perfect end result.
