The name HygienePalletBox says it all: our HygienePalletBox HB3 aims to be the most hygienic pallet box on the market. Thanks to its smart design, the box is smooth and flat on the inside - but above all completely smooth on the outside, without external rib structures. Even the underside of the box and the underside of the pallet runners are fully closed and smooth. These areas are often overlooked, yet hygiene here is crucial because pallet boxes are stacked and contamination can easily be transferred.

The HB3 design consists of two parts: the box as the upper section and the pallet as the base. By seamlessly welding these two elements together, a super-hygienic load carrier is created that is also extremely strong. With a load capacity of 900 kg, the HB3 clearly stands out from comparable pallet boxes. The base of the HB3 is produced as our well-known H1 pallet, featuring robust, virtually indestructible slats. Above the entry openings, the box has a double-wall buffer construction to withstand impacts from forklifts, preventing damage to the inner wall. The entire design of the HygienePalletBox HB3 is focused on achieving maximum hygiene, easy cleaning and fast drying. Robustness and load capacity have not been overlooked either. After all, sustainability is essential in logistics.
