XL-size pallet box CB3 High – 2070 x 1000 x H 1140 mm – 1750 liter – DUO extended version with flap – grey (custom-made)

The CB3 High DUO pallet box is a robust XL-format pallet box with external dimensions of 2070 x 1000 x H1140 mm and internal dimensions of 1970 x 897 x H983 mm. The pallet box has been specially adapted for the storage and transport of large and heavy products and has a maximum load capacity of 1000 kg.

This custom-made version is fitted with a large black hinged flap measuring 1740 x H485 mm on one long side. The flap is made of weather-resistant PE sheet material and provides easy access to the contents of the pallet box. Thanks to the stainless steel hinge and two stainless steel toggle latches, the flap can be securely closed.

The pallet box is supplied with a matching custom-made loose lid. The connecting seam between the individual sections of both the DUO box and the DUO lid is welded. This helps to minimise the risk of moisture and dirt entering through the connecting seams.

For easy handling, the centre runners on the long sides have been removed. This allows easy access underneath the pallet box with a pallet truck or electric pallet truck. Despite its large dimensions, this makes the pallet box practical for use in internal logistics processes.
