SB3 - our one-piece Solid Box
Because SB3 plastic pallet boxes are injection-moulded in one piece, they form one solid unit. So there are no separate feet - instead, the feet are moulded in the same cycle and with the same product quality as the box itself. Food-grade and highly impact-resistant. And what is firmly attached doesn’t come loose easily. That’s why the SB3 is perfectly suited for emptying using a forklift truck with a rotating ring.
Perforated version
In the perforated SB3 version, both the base and the side walls are fully perforated. The perforations are rounded on the inside of the box to prevent product damage. The perforated SB3 is mainly used for handling fresh produce, including vegetables and fruit. The perforations ensure optimal air circulation and allow moisture and condensation to drain away.

Impact resistance was a key focus throughout the entire design. This is especially visible in the buffer zone above the entry openings. An all-round impact zone with many ribs has been created here to withstand collisions with forklifts. SB3 pallet boxes are therefore ideally suited for heavy, intensive use - particularly in the food sector and also in freezer environments. Because tracking & tracing is very important in this sector, slots for RFID transponders have been integrated into the upper rim. This makes the SB3 a smart box.
Walls and stacking …
The walls of the SB3 pallet box are completely smooth and flat. This allows fast and effective emptying and cleaning. The top rim of the box features a standard, universal stacking rim. As a result, the SB box is rim stackable and compatible with most other 1200 × 1000 mm pallet boxes. Integrating it into existing box pools is therefore no problem.
