The construction

Mobile plastic pallet box with skids type SB3 (1200 x 1000 x H945 mm - 610 liter), fitted with flat, smooth inner walls that are easy to clean. The particularly smooth-running wheels with rubber tread make this mobile pallet box especially popular for use in warehouses and at order-picking locations. The SB3 pallet box is robust, impact-resistant and ideally suited to intensive use. An important contribution to this comes from the construction of the pallet box, in which the pallet skids form an integral unit with the box. So there are no parts that can come loose. In addition, the lower wall panels of the pallet box are extra reinforced to prevent impact damage from forklift trucks. This buffer zone ensures trouble-free use of the box, even when it is moved with internal transport equipment.

Applications

The SB box is made of 100% virgin and frost-resistant plastic and is therefore highly suitable for applications in the food industry. The top rim includes two mounts for placing RFID transponders. These transponders make it possible to code both the box and the load. The SB3 pallet boxes are fitted with a 1" outlet facility on one short side and a 2" outlet facility on one long side. The SB3 pallet box in mobile version combines the robustness and versatility of the pallet box with the mobility of the base. The result is a highly efficient load carrier that provides a flexible and practical workplace layout.
