The CR3-5 industrial pallet with 5 skids is a robust and versatile plastic pallet for heavy internal and industrial applications - including in the food industry. This pallet is equipped with five skids - three longitudinal and two transverse - making it ideal for automated storage and transport systems. The underside of the skids and the blocks is ribbed, optimising grip in these systems.

This CR3-5 pallet is made from ECO regranulate. A controlled stream of HDPE plastic is regranulated and reprocessed to a high standard. The result is a plastic pallet that, in terms of load capacity and impact resistance, performs almost on a par with virgin quality. However, an ECO pallet is more attractively priced because recycled plastic is used.

This version of the CR3-5 pallet features anti-slip strips on the deck in all directions to centre loads. In addition to the anti-slip, the deck is fitted with 5 mm raised rims all around. This ensures empty pallets are safely centred when stacked - we do not rely on anti-slip alone.

The CR3-5 ECO is fitted with 5 skids. This enables block stacking, i.e. stacking loaded pallets directly on top of each other. Naturally, this requires even and stable support. In addition, skids all around are required in various automated systems - especially when pallets are transferred sideways.

This ECO version of the CR3-5 is also designed for a wide range of heavy-duty applications. If anti-slip on the deck is not required, this pallet can also be supplied without welded anti-slip strips. At its core, the CR3-5 ECO remains a robust pallet with excellent performance.
