Pallet collar 49715 - foldable - 6 hinges - 1200 × 800 mm - closed - black

Foldable plastic pallet collar (1210 × 825 × H 200 mm), suitable for 1200 × 800 mm pallet size. Fitted with 6 hinges (fully plastic). This achieves a folded length of 1200 mm, so folded units fit neatly on the matching plastic pallet - without overhang.

The underside of the pallet collar is equipped with 30 mm centring rims that grip the pallet on all four sides. This keeps the collar securely centred. The same centring rims also allow continued stacking with the collar. Depending on the application, we recommend stacking a maximum of 4 elements. The unit can then be closed with a plastic pallet lid. If required, another pallet can be placed on top. This creates a stable load unit that is also flexible to build up.

The pallet collar is made from a highly robust recycled plastic. Thanks to its thick-walled construction, it is exceptionally impact-resistant. The collar is ideal for non-food items and packaged food products - anywhere pallet load safety is a priority.
