Robust plastic folding crate from the FRESH BOX series in Euronorm format (600 x 400 x H 233 mm - 44 liter). Finished in orange and fitted with perforated side walls and base. Thanks to its folding construction, this crate combines a large usable volume with a very low height when empty.

Space-saving folding design

The four side walls can be easily released using the practical easy-lock system beneath the handgrips. Once released, the walls fold inwards. This reduces the height from 233 mm to just 50 mm. When stacked, the folded crates take up only around 40 mm in height per crate.

This allows up to 80% space saving when storing empty crates and during return transport. Especially in logistics circuits with large volumes of empty packaging, this can result in significant savings.

Application

The FRESH BOX features perforated side walls and base. This allows air to circulate freely around the contents while moisture and condensation can drain away easily. The crate is therefore particularly suitable for applications where ventilation is important, for example for the storage and transport of fruit, vegetables and other fresh produce. The FRESH BOX is also very suitable for bread and rolls.

Thanks to the four open handgrips, the crate is easy to handle from all sides. Its robust construction makes the FRESH BOX suitable for intensive professional use in logistics, distribution, retail and the food industry.

Euronorm and load capacity

With its standardised base dimensions of 600 x 400 mm, the folding crate fits into existing Euronorm logistics systems and combines well with standardised pallets, mobile plastic trolleys and roll containers.

The folding crate has a load capacity of 25 kg and a stacking load of 200 kg. This allows filled crates to be stacked safely and efficiently.
