The BIG BOX is a particularly robust plastic pallet box (1200 × 1000 × H790 mm - 535 litre) that has proven itself across a wide range of applications. Because the box is food-grade, it is primarily used in the food industry. The wide variety of available colours is also important for this sector, allowing different applications or departments to be distinguished - crucial for preventing contamination. Thanks to its convex, outward-bulging walls, a BIG BOX offers up to 10% more volume than conventional pallet boxes. This is a major advantage for loose products or bulk goods. An additional benefit is that the convex panels act as a buffer in the event of impacts, resulting in less damage. The aspect of “damage” also played a role in the decision to make the pallet runners removable. If damaged, the runners can be replaced so the box can function optimally again. Thanks to these positive product features, our BIG BOX is now used in virtually every sector: from European wine growing to pharmaceuticals, and from construction to the recycling industry - for example, for collecting used batteries.
